【XRAY M18】ボディ新調&レイアウト変更
ボディを新調しました。
MICRO RS4用のムルシエラゴですが、リアのボディマウントの場所をXRAY M18に合わせると、ちょうどデコボコしている部分と重なってしまうのですが、まぁなんとか固定はできます。
個人的に、ムルシにリアスポイラーは似合わないと思ったので、付けてません。
それと、シャシー側のレイアウト変更。
できるだけ、低重心、軽量を目指してレイアウト。
バッテリーの上にアンプを載せるのはやめ、アンプのシートシンク部を一部分削り、アンダーデッキとセンターシャフトの間に微妙に入り込むような感じにしました。
バッテリーも今までの「tahmazo LP-2S1P1500PS」はやめて、新たに「HYPERION HP-LVX0800-3S」にしました。
3セルは素晴らしい。僕のブラシレスモーターは「INDY540(5400Kv)」なのですが、ブラシレスのKv値という物は1V当たりの回転数なので、単純計算すると、今までは2セル7.4Vで、39,960だったのが、3セル11.1Vで59,940。
プロポをそのままの設定で走らせると、もうかなり厳しいです。なんとか制御できるようになったのはハイポイント30。
んなもので、早々2セルの「HYPERION HP-LVX0800-2S」しようかと…。軽量化にもなるし。
サーボは、KO製の「PDS-3014ICS」。説明書記載のスペックは以下の通り
ICSでのセッティング等はしていないのですが、この重量でメタルギアは結構いい感じで、気に入りました。ただ、ファイナルはメタルにして欲しかったかも…。
初回走行時に縁せきに衝突してファイナルギアが3歯ほど逝ってしまわれたんですが(泣、どうやらGWSのNAROシリーズのギアが使えるらしいので、続行です。
センターシャフトもカーボン製に変更し、回転軸が軽くなったので、加速が良くなった気がします(妄想)
レイアウト変更による走行性能の違いは、ほとんど分かりませんが、いい感じな気がします。
