【Maintenance】トラブル記 ブロアファン逝く〜修理
つーわけで、なぜか壊れたと思っていたファンが動いてエアコンも気持ちよく、快適なドライブでウィザムカーズさんにお世話になりに行きました。
写真はマイエリーゼ。
フロントクラムシェルが外されてます。
この写真はすでにブロアファンモーターが新品です。
LCIによると個体によってはクラムシェルを外さすにアクセスパネルからブロアファンユニットが取り出せるものもあるようです。僕の車で友人が試したときは「あと2cmなんとか動けば取れるんだが…」ってな感じでした。
クラムシェルを外した状態でも結構強引気味にやらないと取り出せなかったそうです。
こちらは取り出されたエアコンユニット?とブロアファンアッシー。
結局、原因はレジスターの錆、浸水によるショート。
レジスターはブロアファンユニットの下側についていて、湿気やら何やらで微妙に錆も発生していました。
2枚目の写真を見れば分かるようにブロアファンユニットがマウントされている部分もバスタブ形状になっていて、ここに水分が溜まりまくり(3枚目に写っているブロアファンのダクト部分も思いっきり湿ってます)。
僕のエリーゼでは水分を十分に含んだ枯れ葉やらが積もってたそうです。
ぶっ壊れた後また動いたのは、何が要因か分かりませんが…。
あ、ちなみに僕はブロアファンアッシーごと交換をしてしまいましたが（バッ直でレジスターに繋いでも動かなかったもんで…）、もしかしたらレジスター交換だけで何とかなったかもしれません。
僕は青空駐車で、雨の日もそのままです。
フロントアクセスパネルは一応、ウォーターラインがあって、ラジエターの方まで導かれるはずなのですが…。
もしかしたら、高圧洗車機で頑張ってるのも問題かもしれません。対策考えた方が良いカモですね。
一応、ぶっ壊れたブロアファンは持って帰ってきました。（また壊れそうなので対策を考えつつ直そうかと…）

What I couldnt give to learn how you got your design to be so brilliant! I mean it. Besides the blog just being awesome, this page is too sweet! Its not too flashy. It doesnt do too much with colours and things and the videos you use are perfect for this topic! Really, brilliant blog.
