【Maintenance】アイドル不調？
今までもちょこちょこ寒い季節にはあったんだけど…アイドル不調
朝一や帰宅時等、完全に冷えた状態でイグニッションONするとファーストアイドル1200rpmから約10秒後ぐらいにストールする現象が、この季節でも出るようになってきました。
エンジンかける時に車内にいればストール前にちょいとスロットル開ければいいんだけど、暖気時に外で一服する時は「大丈夫？大丈夫？」と放っとけなくなるんです。
つーわけで、アイドルエアコントロールバルブ(IACV)の清掃。
IACVはアイドルに必要なエアの流入量をECUが調節するもので、スロットルのバタフライ前からサージタンクへと繋いでいるホースのサージタンク側に付いているもの。

取り外しはトルクス。
L型トルクスレンチがなくビット交換タイプの板ラチェしかなかったので、外すのがめんどくさかった。
内部は複雑でどういういった動きで調整してるのかいまいち分からなかったけれど、オイルキャッチタンクを設置していない状態なので、ブローバイらしきカーボン等でかなり汚かった。
どうやらステッピングモーターを内蔵しているらしく、結構高価。
ついでに負圧センサー外してみたら、こやつもカーボンビッシリだったので洗浄。
やっぱりサーキット走るならキャッチタンク必須ですかねぇ〜
洗浄後ちょっとは改善されたけど、ダメっぽい。
