【XRAY M18】PDS-3014ICS改 BB仕様
僕のXRAY M18に使っているマイクロサーボKO製「PDS-3014ICS」なんですが、前回走行時に操舵不能に。
開けてみたらファイナルギアが何枚か逝ってしまわれたようで、スペアギアを探したんだけども、なんつーか、KOからすらギアセットが出ていない。しかも、こいつに合うサイズのサーボホーンとかも一切出てないんです。(パーツセンターならあるかも)
んで、サイズ、重量、トルク、スピード全て結構気に入ってたので、なんとかこいつを復活させようと流用できるパーツを探してみたら、あるじゃないですか、同サイズのサーボが「GWS」から出てました。
しかし人気あるのか3014ICSと同サイズのNAROシリーズのギアセットはどこも欠品。
つーワケでサーボ本体買っちゃいました。
購入したのはNARO PLUS BB。
本体は3014ICSよりも長いのですが、使っているモーターのサイズが違うだけで、ギアは一緒。
BB仕様でファイナルにボールベアリングが入ってたので、そのまま移植。
ただ、そのまま3014ICSのケースだとボールベアリング用のガイドがないケースなので、NARO PLUS BBのケースを一部だけ流用して完成。
重量を量ってみると、BB入れたのにその差0.1g。

GWSのケースはすごく薄く頼りない感じだったからそこが軽いのかも。
ちなみに、PDS-3014ICSには付属品がサーボホーン一個だけでしたが、GWS NAROシリーズにはサーボホーン3つとサーボマウントブッシュ等が付いてました。

The new Zune browser is surprisingly good, but not as good as the iPod's. It works well, but isn't as fast as Safari, and has a clunkier interface. If you occasionally plan on using the web browser that's not an issue, but if you're planning to browse the web alot from your PMP then the iPod's larger screen and better browser may be important.
