【Maintenance】不動車 エリーゼ オルタ到着装着
2月6日注文、一緒に買った物のせいで13日出荷。
休日中の15日に日本到着、休日のため税関通らず、税がかかるため調査待ち。
で、ここで本来なら16日〜17日には届くはずなんだけど、2月16日に行われた「価格が20万円を超える国際郵便物の通関手続の見直し」のおかげで激混み。
結局来たのは21日。
さてさて
とりあえず、オルタにアクセスするために外せる物を外しました。
アンダーパネル、サイドインテークダクト、ハードトップ、エンジンフード。
リアカウル外せばもっと楽なのかもしれませんが、リアカウル外したことありません。
なんとかエアコン配管を外さずにオルタを取り出すことは出来ないのかと奮闘。
エアコン配管を固定しているブラケットを取り外し、オルタのブラケットも外す。
オルタの上側をフリーにして配線を取り外す、オルタ下側のボルトを下から外す。
ここで一つ気付く。

テンショナーの役割をしてそうな7番のブラケットはこのエリーゼには無い。
というより、上のブラケットも形状が全然違った。
もしトライアルさんの国産オルタを載せようとしてたら、ブラケットを新規で製作しなければ載せ換えることは出来なかった。
で、エアコン配管を外さないままサイドインテーク側から取り出そうとするも、エアコン配管、オルタ下にあるエアコンユニット、そこから伸びる配管、ガソリン配管が邪魔をして取り出せない。
やっぱりエアコン配管ははずさないと取り出せそうもないので、配管の取り外し。
右リアをジャッキアップして、ホイールを外し、インナーフェンダーも外す。
ちゃんと外せるようにパーツクリーナと歯ブラシでフィッティング廻りをゴシゴシ清掃、ガスを抜いて外す。
異物が入らないように保護しておく。
これでもなかなか外せなかったのでエンジンマウントも外す。
で、何とか外せました。
ボルトオンなので形状はほぼ同じ、出力は85A→90Aにアップしてます。
見てわかるとおり、オルタはエキマニとほぼ接しているため、このままではやはり熱害が気になります。
いろいろ熱対策を考えて、ヒートシールド的なものも作ってみましたが、どうにもこうにも搭載できず、とりあえずこのまま搭載することに。
その後、動作チェックしてエンジン掛かった後にバッテリー外しても大丈夫なことを確認。
復活！

You lost me, friend. I mean, I assume I get what youre saying. I have an understanding of what you're saying, but you just appear to have forgotten about that you can find some other persons within the world who see this issue for what it genuinely is and may well not agree with you. You may be turning away a lot of persons who may have been fans of your blog site.
