さっそく吸気温度対策？
そういう訳ではないのですが、Demon Tweeksに発注していたものが届いてたんで、空けてみました。
K&Nのインダクションシステムです。
もうすでに組んでますが、基本的にはApollo C.I.Sという70Φの汎用フィルターで、フィルター本体、樹脂製ボックス、ファンネル、ダクトホースという構成のものです。
日本ではほとんど取り扱いがないですが、エリーゼには車種別キットが用意されていて、とってもリーズナブルな価格で提供されてます。
今使ってるツインテーパーフィルターとの比較。
サイズはほぼ一緒ですが、サクションパイプは70Φと思いきや、ちょっと太いようです。
車種別キットでは、サクションパイプ、ジョイントホース、ホースクランプ、
中身は樹脂製トップの付いたコーンタイプフィルター。もちろんK&Nのコットンフィルターで、取り外し可。
吸気容量はツインテーパーに比べると小さくなりますね。
ブローバイ用の取り付け口もあります。エリーゼローバーK車種別キットの場合はダミープラグ。

ダクトホース先端にはファンネルが付き、ダクトホースから樹脂製ジョイントでフィルターまでカバー。
で、換装してみました。
が、このキットは純正エアボックス用のアルミステーを撤去せず、取り付けるように設定されているようで、ダクトホースの取り廻しが効率悪そう&問題ありそう。
結局、付属しているスロットル〜クリーナー間のパイプが長過ぎたので、今まで使っていたアルミパイプに変更。
本来ならリアセクションのロールバー手前側、ロールバーとインナーフェンダーの間からサイドダクトまで通したいのですが、純正ではここにアルミステーがあるので、それを避けるように奥からの取り回し。
リアフェンダー内からの写真ですが、ダクトホースが長すぎて1回手前側までS字のようにうねってから、クリーナーに入っていっています。
とりあえず対策考えてますが、70〜75φの15°ぐらいの曲げパイプ無いっすかね？
まぁダクトホース切っちゃっえば、いいんですけどね。
今まで使ってたシリコンフレキホース切って使ってみるかなぁ…。

なんか、おいしそうなものいっぱいありますね、このサイト。
ただ30°でイケるかなぁ？って感じなんですよね。
直線部分長く使えれば大丈夫なような気もするんですが、ちょっと検討してみます。
